Skype was worried about feedback, but my cousin never said anything. That was usually the person speaking the loudest or closest to the camera/mic. The only time she ever complained about the audio was when we were all talking to her at the same time, and even then she could usually pick out a persons question or comment. The wide angle lens let most if not all of our family (20+ people) into the camera frame. I think any picture issues across Skype were because of internet issues in Iraq. The picture look great on my Dad's laptop (which was running Windows XP). Pros: We used this to talk to my cousin in Iraq via Skype, and it worked well.
